Hot Desk Membership License Agreement

Our Hot Desk membership provides flexible workspace within our commons areas. This membership includes 24/7 access to the facility's resources, commons areas, enclaves and amenities.

  • $165/month.

  • One-time setup fee: $35.00

  • One (1) membership included

  • Printing for 100 B/W and 20 color prints per month

  • One (1) month term, followed by month-to-month after completing the initial term

  • One (1) month cancellation notice following the initial term

  • 24/7 access to Plexpod hub

  • Regular business hour access to all Plexpod locations, Monday through Friday 8:30a - 5:30p

Payment Authorization

Credit card information is required to keep on file with your MLA. Please fill out the credit card information below. This will serve as the form of default payment. We bill on the 1st of each month. Please be aware that there is a 3% processing fee applicable to any credit card transactions. Should you wish to avoid this fee, please reach out to our team regarding ACH payment.
