at Plexpod Lenexa
Plexpod is a progressive coworking platform offering next generation workspace and bookable spaces for companies of all sizes.
+ Access
Room rental is based by the hour. You have access to the space for the entirety of your specified timeframe, with all setup, teardown and preparation to be completed within your rented timeframe. Any additional time needed within the space will result in additional fees.
Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30a-11:45a, 1:15p - 5:30p. Our doors will lock over the lunch hour from 11:45-1:15, and at 5:30p when staff leaves for the day.
All guests are required to enter the facilities through our main door and check in with our team at guest services. From there, we can direct guests to the proper space and virtually unlock any necessary doors for entry. Should the Renter's timeframe be outside of our standard hours of operation, access will be discussed prior to the day of the event.
Please note that exterior doors cannot be propped at any time when loading in. Our facilities are ADA accessible and include elevator access for vendors.
+ Catering
Catering of food and non-alcoholic beverages is allowed. Plexpod’s preferred caterer is Michael Forbes Catering. For more information regarding their catering and beverage service options, please email michaelforbesgrille@gmail.com with the anticipated date, headcount and desired menu lineup.
+ Audio/Visual
The audio/visual equipment available within each meeting room is listed alongside the room information on the following pages. Additional equipment support may be available depending on specific needs.
+ Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking in order to reserve the meeting room.
+ Cancellation/Refund
Renter has until 5 days (120 hours) before the time of the booking to cancel and receive a full refund. Three days before the date of the meeting, Renter can reschedule or receive a 50% refund. Less than 3 days (72 hours) from the date of meeting, Renter cannot reschedule or receive a refund.
+ Parking
Complimentary parking available. Valet services available upon request.
+ Staffing Services
Front desk services start at $35 per hour
Facilities services start at $55 per hour
+ Meeting Resources
White board, HDMI cable, or Rolling TV - $15 per hour
6 Foot Table with Linen - $25 per meeting
Podium - $15 per meeting
+ Additional Services
Water Service for 12 (includes water, ice and glasses) - $15
Coffee Airpot service for 12 (includes cups, cream, sugar) - $35
+ Tours
Tours are scheduled by appointment only during our business hours of 8:30a - 11:45a, 1:15p - 5:30p. Monday through Friday. Please note that in compliance with our government health recommendations, all tours will be conducted on a socially distanced basis. Schedule your tour today!
