+ MAINTENANCE
Yes! Our flexible terms typically range from month-to-month to one-year terms. This commitment provides members with the stability of an office space along with the flexibility you need to grow your business. For some this means adding additional space, and for others it means graduating to a space of their own.

No, agreements can begin any day of the month.

You may be added to the Waiting List for the space of your choice for an upcoming availability within your time frame.
+ MEMBER PORTAL
Plexpod requires an onboarding fee equal to one month’s target rate for a private desk membership or above. This fee is completely refundable, pending there are no cleaning or repairs needed upon move out!
+ WHAT IF MY COMPANY NEEDS PHONE SERVICE?
Unlimited domestic VOIP Phone service is provided through our service provider at an additional cost per user. Dedicated IP services can be provided if your team has VOIP phone service that you’d like to maintain.
+ WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF A PLEXPOD OFFICE?
Every Plexpod space is uniquely designed and differs per location and we do not price per square foot. We measure in terms of desk space while also taking into account the amount of extra space included in membership that is not included in the private office's square footage. Within a membership, you have access to our common areas, meeting rooms, enclaves, common kitchens, fitness, gaming, etc. Schedule a tour to check it out for yourself!
+ WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMMON AREAS, SHARED DESKS, DEDICATED WORKSTATIONS, PRIVATE OFFICES, AND TEAM SPACES?
- An Open Desk membership is an unassigned workspace in a commons area. Personal items must be taken home at the end of the day.
- A Private Desk is a desk dedicated to a specific individual within a secure, private area with other members. A desktop and other personal belongings can be set up and left overnight.
- A Private Office is a fully enclosed, lockable space built for one dedicated team. Our offices can accommodate a team of any size with the ability to add on additional spaces as your company grows. We offer Tenant Improvements to private offices, allowing you to install branding and customize a space with your employees and company culture in mind.
+ WHAT ARE THE BUILDING HOURS? WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
Full time members have 24/7 access to their home Plexpod location. Plexpod facilities are staffed Monday through Friday from 8:30a to 5:30p. Members have reciprocal access to all Plexpod locations during our standard business hours.
We also offer 24/7 access for any of our locations, regardless of your Plexpod home! Our Global Pass can be added on to any Open Desk Plus membership level or above for $35/month, per additional location.
+ CAN GUESTS VISIT ME AT MY OFFICE?
Absolutely, we love new faces at Plexpod! Just make sure you register them at plexpod.com/visitor prior to their arrival and that they know to check in with our team once onsite.
Under the guest policy for members, guests are welcome to work alongside members for up to two hours in the space intermittently. Should the guest be hoping to work for more than two hours a day and/or multiple times a week we would simply ask for a day pass to be purchased at the rate of $20/day. Day passes give guests access to our commons space and wifi for our standard business hours of 8:30a - 5:30p Monday through Friday.
+ AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY DOG? WHAT'S YOUR PET POLICY?
Our pet policy varies from time to time. Please ask Plexpod personnel when you take a tour for the most up to date information. Generally, if you plan on bringing a pet to the building, you will be solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet to other members or their property. We are not responsible for any injury or damage to your pet should it occur in or around the building. In addition, any pet brought into the Plexpod facilities must be vaccinated. We reserve the right to restrict your ability to bring your pet at our discretion.
+ I'M READY TO SIGN UP! WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
The preferred payment method is by ACH (Auto Withdrawal). We also offer the option to pay via Credit Card however a 3% automatic service fee is incurred with payment processing.
+ WHEN DO I HAVE TO LET PLEXPOD MANAGEMENT KNOW I'M MOVING OUT?
Members are required to give at least a 30-day notice to move out or transfer offices. Move out forms must be submitted by the last business day of the month prior to vacating. For example, if a member wants to move out on August 31st, they must give notice on July 31st.
Term notice requirements differ with office sizes/memberships.
+ IS IT EASY TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PLEXPOD LOCATION?
Yes! If the space of your choice is available, simply fill out an exit form for your current location. The security deposit from your previous office will be refunded and you’ll start fresh at the new location.
+ MY COMPANY HAS GROWN OUT OF MY CURRENT SPACE. DOES PLEXPOD BUILD SPACES FOR TEAMS?
We offer Tenant Improvements to private offices, allowing you to install branding and customize a space with your employees and company work processes in mind.
We are also constantly growing and building new locations. If a building is under construction and can be altered to fit your company’s needs, we’re happy to help! As your team begins to grow, tell your Plexpod staff and we’ll do our best to find the perfect space for you.
