Virtual Membership License Agreement

Welcome you to your new Virtual Membership at Plexpod! We are thrilled to have you join our community! Below is a breakdown of your membership. Please make sure to submit both forms.

Virtual Address:

  • $45/month monthly.

  • One time set-up fee of $35

  • Additional Recipient from your company: $15/month

  • Discounted member pricing on bookable spaces

  • One (1) month term, followed by month-to-month after completing the initial term

  • One (1) month cancellation notice following the initial term

  • 24/7 mail pickup access

Payment Authorization

Credit card information is required to keep on file with your MLA. Please fill out the credit card information below. This will serve as the form of default payment. We bill on the 1st of each month. Please be aware that there is a 3% processing fee applicable to any credit card transactions. Should you wish to avoid this fee, please reach out to our team regarding ACH payment.
